Pre-launch information
Terms
PRE-LAUNCH: Purchases are not open. These pages describe Comodra’s V1 model. A preview does not create a paid placement or activate territory control.
Using Comodra
Comodra provides brand placement and control on a shared digital map. A purchase pays for that service, not ownership of map space. It is not an investment, a financial asset or a customer resale or transfer right.
These Terms apply to users and customers generally. Purchases are not yet open.
Purchases and control
The selected territory or area, brand details and price are presented before purchase. A reservation is not activation. Control starts only after successful payment, moderation approval and activation. The Rules explain prices, exact 24-hour protection and whole-territory takeovers.
Control continues after protection expires until a valid replacement is paid, approved and activated. A later takeover does not pay the previous controller or itself create a refund right.
Your submission and moderation
Provide accurate management contact details. You must have the right or permission to use submitted brand names, logos and URLs. Placements must follow the content rules, which prohibit illegal content or activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive downloads, adult sexual content, hate, harassment, threats, impersonation and infringement of intellectual-property rights. Comodra may reject or remove harmful, deceptive or rule-breaking placements. We aim to review promptly, generally within 24–48 hours; review time alone does not trigger an automatic refund.
A placement rejected before activation is refunded. Removal after activation for violating the rules is generally not refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Payments
Payments are not yet enabled. When payments are enabled, they are expected to be handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, subject to product approval.
Refunds and mandatory rights
The Refund Policy covers rejected placements, payment or activation problems, and activated placements. Nothing in these Terms or that policy excludes mandatory consumer, withdrawal, refund or other legal rights where applicable. Activation alone does not waive those rights.
Changes and discontinuation
Comodra may update the service or these Terms. If Comodra permanently discontinues the service, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable. Prices shown at purchase apply to that purchase. Updates do not remove mandatory legal rights.
No performance guarantee
No traffic, audience, revenue, commercial outcome, resale value or investment return is guaranteed.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Comodra excludes liability for indirect or consequential business losses. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory customer remedies.
Czech law applies, while mandatory rights that apply to a customer remain unaffected, including any non-excludable protections under the law of their country of residence.
