Privacy
PRE-LAUNCH: Purchases are not open. These pages describe Comodra’s V1 model. A preview does not create a paid placement or activate territory control.
Information we handle
Comodra handles management email, brand name, brand URL, uploaded logo, order, payment and moderation data, and necessary technical and security data. Public purchases are not yet open; payment information is handled when a payment is processed.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and operate the service, manage orders and territory control, handle payments, moderation and support, protect the service against misuse, and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on providing the requested service, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in service security and operation, as applicable.
Public and private information
Management email is not public map data. Logos uploaded before approval are stored privately. After activation and publication approval, the public map can display the brand name, approved logo, URL, territory and placement or control information. A private uploaded logo is not automatically made public by reservation or activation alone.
Payment details and private moderation records are not public map data.
Storage and service providers
Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Comodra currently uses Supabase for database and private logo storage, Netlify for website hosting and server infrastructure, and Seznam Profi for the email service at hello@comodra.com. When payments are enabled, Dodo Payments is expected to handle them as Merchant of Record, subject to product approval. Dodo is not currently processing customer payments through this site. Any further provider or international-transfer details will be confirmed before paid launch.
Your rights and contact
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority competent to handle your complaint. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions.
